We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

All items we sell are eligible for return; we do not have final sale items.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

B. Return Process

To initiate a return:

We will provide you with a free downloadable Royal Mail return label and detailed instructions.

Package your item securely and send it back using the provided label.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

C. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged

You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.

E. Restocking Fee

F. Refunds

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
