What is Goalkit’s return policy?

How long does shipping take?

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Handling time: 1–2 business days

Delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.


Will I receive a confirmation email when I place an order?

Yes. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your order details.


How do I process a return?

We will provide a free downloadable Royal Mail return label that you can print and use to ship your item back.


Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within the 30-day return window.
